Rota Middle School Students Light Up the Night
Last Friday night, our MPB turned into a sea of color and energy as we hosted our Glow-in-the-Dark Dance Party. It was a night filled with neon lights, glowing accessories, and nonstop fun. Students decked out in glow sticks, LED bracelets, neon face paint, and all things bright, setting the perfect stage for an unforgettable evening.
Once the music started, our kids danced for hours. The MPB pulsed with excitement as students showed off their moves, laughed with friends, and fully embraced the spirit of the night. One of the best parts? Our very own high school student DJs. They were the total vibe…reading the room, hyping up the crowd, and keeping the energy high from start to finish. It was incredible to see students leading the way and creating such an engaging atmosphere.
Events like this don’t happen without a team of caring adults behind the scenes. A huge thank-you to PSSA and our dedicated volunteers for planning, decorating, chaperoning, and making sure every student had a safe, memorable experience. Your commitment to our Admirals makes all the difference.
It was a glowing reminder, literally and figuratively, of the joy, connection, and belonging that make Rota Middle High School such a special place for our students.
If you’re looking for a way to get involved and help create more joyful moments like this for our students, we’d love to have you join the fun. Our PSSA is always welcoming new volunteers, ideas, and hands to support events throughout the year.
