Sports Rodeo
We are pleased to announce that the annual Sports Physicals Rodeo will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd, at Rota Middle High School. This event is essential for all middle and high school students planning to participate in JROTC or school sports activities during the upcoming 2026-2027 school year!
Important Dates and Information:
• Paperwork Availability: Sports physical packets and permission forms are available for pickup from the Rota Middle High School Nurse’s office (Room #53) or the Medical Homeport Clinic (MHP).
• Submission Deadline: All paperwork and permission slips must be completed and returned to the school nurse no later than 30th April, 2026. This is to ensure that all forms and documents are reviewed by the medical team prior to the event.
• Screening Appointments: Students who submit their paperwork on time will be contacted by the medical team to schedule a screening appointment prior to the event. Students will be called to the event on the 2nd of June 2026 by their school nurse, according to their designated time slot.
