Model Senate

Model Senate is a week-long simulation of the inner workings of the US Senate.  Participants take on the role of an assigned senator to research, write about and debate the most important issues facing America today.  Participants learn rhetorical skills and the art of compromise to attempt to get a bill through their assigned committee and to open debate on the Senate floor.  The event will be held in Germany in March.
