Chemistry in Action: Flame Test Lab at RMHS
Students in Mrs. Wheeler’s chemistry class recently conducted the flame test, an exciting experiment that demonstrates how different metal ions produce distinct colors when heated in a flame.

Dr. Strawn and Naval Hospital Team Inspire RMHS Science Students
This quarter, our middle school science students connected classroom learning to real-world medicine through an incredible partnership with Dr. Strawn and his team from the Naval Hospital, exploring how organ systems work to keep us healthy. With hands-on demonstrations, real surgical equipment, and expert insight, students experienced science in action and saw firsthand how learning applies beyond the classroom.
