Sports Physicals & Health Fair

We are pleased to announce that the annual Sports Physicals Rodeo will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 0900 to 1400 in the Middle High School Gym. This event is essential for all middle and high school students planning to participate in sports activities during the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Please stop by the school nurse’s office (room 53) to pick up a physical packet with a permission slip for your parent or guardian to complete so you are able to attend the event on campus!

*All paperwork must be completed and submitted to the school nurse no later than May 16, 2025.
