Prom 2025: "A Night in Bloom"

DGF Rota High School's Prom 2025, themed "A Night in Bloom," will be held on May 30th at La Cabaña in El Puerto de Santa Maria

We are excited to announce that the 2025 Prom for DGF Rota High School will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at La Cabaña in El Puerto de Santa Maria, sponsored by the Junior Class. This year's theme is "A Night in Bloom," promising a night filled with elegance, fun, and unforgettable memories.

Event Details:

  • Venue: La Cabaña, El Puerto de Santa Maria
  • Date: Friday, May 30, 2025
  • Time:
    • 6:30 pm: Guests may arrive for photo opportunities in the garden
    • 7:00 pm: Doors open for Prom, dinner service begins
    • 8:00 pm: Dinner service concludes
    • 10:00 pm: Royalty will be crowned at Prom
    • 12:00 am: Prom concludes

Ticket Sales:

Tickets will go on sale soon. All attendees must purchase their tickets before 3:00 pm the day before Prom. No tickets will be sold at the door, and all tickets require Euros. Tickets are 65€ Upperclassman, 75€ Sophomores, 90€ Freshman

Dress Code:

Students are expected to be in formal attire. This includes:

  • Dress pants and dress shirts, suits, or tuxedos. Pants should be securely worn at the waist, and shoes are required.
  • Dresses, dress pants, or dress skirts and dress shirts. All dresses should be appropriate for a school event, with lengths not above the thigh, nothing see-through, and no low plunging necklines.
  • No shorts or jeans. Khakis are allowed, and dress shirts should have a collar.

Guest Policy:

If a student is bringing a non-DGF Rota High School guest, they must fill out a guest approval form and submit it with the appropriate signatures before Prom to the office, Mr. Anderson, or Mrs. Anderson. All non-DGF Rota High School students are required to bring a school ID/photo ID to gain admittance to Prom.

Conduct Guidelines:

Prom is a privilege for current DGF Rota High School students and their invited guests. All attendees must adhere to the school's code of conduct, as Prom is classified as a school event. This includes:

  • Appropriate dancing and behavior
  • No alcohol, vape pens, nicotine, drugs, or smoking from any product/device
  • No re-entry once admitted to Prom
  • Responsibility for personal items such as cell phones and car keys

Safety and Responsibility:

Parents and students assume responsibility for any accidents or property damage while attending and traveling to and from Prom. DGF Rota High School and the prom venue are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
