Rota Admirals Boys Soccer Team Battles to a 2-2 Draw Against Vicenza

The Rota boys’ soccer team started strong and controlled the first half, but ultimately settled for a 2-2 draw against Vicenza High School after conceding two goals in the second half.
The Rota boys’ soccer team started strong against the young Vicenza Panthers, controlling the game throughout the first half. Gabe P. found the back of the net off a rebound shot by Evan C. Evan then followed up with a beautiful goal of his own, thanks to an assist by Maddux J.
Despite missing some key players, the team saw stellar performances from David O., Cole R., and Romeo “R2” J. Unfortunately, the boys began to run out of steam in the second half, allowing the Panthers to score two goals. The match ended in a 2-2 tie, a tough result to swallow after such a fantastic start.
The team now has their eyes set on the Championships, where they plan to make a strong statement about who they are as a team.
