Rota Admirals Overcome Naples in Thrilling 7-4 Victory
This past weekend, the Rota Admirals secured a much-needed boost to their confidence by defeating the three-time division champions, Naples, with a score of 7-4 on their home field.
Johnathen “John John” V. was a standout performer, pitching six innings and giving up only three earned runs while striking out an impressive 12 batters. The victory was a team effort, with Dyler M., Thomas B., and Jaden J. all contributing their speed and offensive prowess to the win.
“I’m proud of what our team accomplished today,” said Coach Dominguez shortly after the game. “We have a lot to work on still to get ready for Euro’s, both offensively and defensively, but I believe that we are on the right path and will surprise a lot of people at Euro’s.”
