Track Team Shines at First Official Home Meet

Despite challenging weather conditions, our school's track team excelled at their first official home meet, with multiple athletes securing qualifying spots in various events and relay teams advancing to the championships.

Last week, our school's track team braved the wind and cold to deliver outstanding performances at their first official home meet. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, several athletes secured qualifying spots in various events, showcasing their determination and skill.

Jon K. demonstrated his versatility by qualifying in both the 100m sprint and Long jump. Anthony R. excelled in the 300m hurdles, earning his place in the championships. Jaden N. soared to new heights in the High jump, securing his spot as well.

The Girls 4x100 relay team consisting of Grace M., Maven E., Camille S., and Amaia M.raced their way into the championships with a stellar performance. Not to be outdone, the Boys 4x100 relay team featuring Jon K., Jad A., Jaden N., and Anthony R.finished strong, securing their spots in Germany this year.

Additionally, the Girls 4x400 relay team made up of Rachel O., Camille S., Emi C., and Joyah R. will also be competing at the championships, thanks to their impressive run.
